As a wellness coach, I hear everyday from so many of my clients who are on overload and do not feel good, and the stresses of life are slowly taking over. They go, go, go while they can not "go" the more you are forced to "timeout" on the couch or worse -. sick and get even more stressed than missing out on things they need to do Life is busy and demanding -.! We have been given to 'do' list miles long and it's just plain exhausting You can go to bed tired, wake up tired and wonder if you even sleep you sleep, but you do not. have enough oxygen circulating in your body, that still tired and not refreshed at all -. Even after 8 hours of sleep, or maybe you did not sleep well at all Help is on the way
!Learn to breathe consciously
Breathing supplies over 99% of its oxygen and energy supply and poor breathing can cause fatigue, depression, anxiety, stress, sleep deprivation, high blood pressure, poor mental clarity, headaches and so many other harmful chronic disease. All chronic diseases or illnesses worsened with bad breath. We breathe every day, of course, but we kind of breathing is shallow and quick, and comes from the top of our diaphragm, not from the stomach, which requires long, slow breaths. By doing something as simple as conscious deep breathing techniques, you can energize and recharge quickly and efficiently and there is little downtime. Best of all, free and easy. All you need to do is that the conscious part of your daily routine. I'm talking about conscious and breathing deeply to rejuvenate your energy - not a shallow, rapid breathing that depletes your energy
.breathing exercises for relaxation and renewal
There are all kinds of videos, books, DVDs, and methods of exercise breath out. While breathing exercises are really good for you and I encourage them, at the same time, I do not want to add more stress in your life by adding to something that will take a lot of time out of your day. You can always add more breathing exercises for your health routine in the days you schedule your workout or exercise time.
But for now, I want you to be aware of just how easy it is install a simple breath work exercise into your daily routine. You can do it wherever you are - at your desk, in your car, in your home. Whenever you need to rejuvenate and re-energy, relieve stress, or tension headache - take a few moments to do this exercise, breath work. If you happen to have some of the essential oils of lavender, add 2-3 drops on a tissue and inhale its essence before starting the next exercise. This will really help your body relax.
1 Close your eyes and center yourself for a few moments - think about what it is you want to publish (stress, bad thoughts, headaches, tension in your body, etc.).
2nd Begin by taking a deep breath from your belly, then exhale through the mouth.
3rd Repeat steps 5-6 two times, or more if you wish.
4th When you are finished, open your eyes and see with your body and where you were a couple of minutes ago in relation to their pain / tension level. Chances are you'll feel much better. Even if you have a little pain now, it should dissipate quickly.
That's all for today. Remember to be happy and stay well.
hugs,
Kathleen
